Called for an asbestos testing for a house demo first time dealing with this and talk to John with the company who was very helpful after couple phone conversations he sent his field contact to do the test his name was Brian and was able to meet me at 7:00 am was on time and was helpful did samples and was completed in a week with my results for my project and was fair pricing also would definitely recommend this company in need of this service well done guys thanks John.

I found this company on BBB with an A+ rating.I left a message and Marc promptly called me back.When he came to my home he was very knowledgeable and very very thorough.He answered all of my questions and informed me of things to do to keep my air safe. It was such a pleasant experience! He was wonderful!

If you have mold or another issue that needs remediation, I highly recommend Expert Environmental and Construction Group in Syracuse. Marc C. is as honest as they come and made this process as painless as possible. He came out to take a look within a few days of contacting him at Expert Environmental and did a thorough assessment of the affected area. He did not try to upsell and stayed focused on the specific area of concern we had. We had a great experience with this company!

Asbestos abatement is something that none of us want to even think about. I would recommend Syracuse Environmental & Construction Group for a number of reasons. Brian was my contact. He patiently answered all my questions and worked with me to find an appointment date that fit my schedule. At each contact, he was very professional and responsive. He always returned my calls promptly. The team that took care of the abatement was very considerate and understood my concerns. The work was done within the time they estimated and the job site was left clean. Again, very personable and professional. They even pointed out a couple of unrelated issues that needed some attention. A good experience overall.

Asbestos removal is maybe the least glamorous home improvement job there is, it can be a significant investment but necessary. Thanks to Marc Collins and Syracuse Environmental for making this project as painless as possible. The communication and service was great especially during a challenging time for scheduling (dead of snowy winter).

I was doing a home renovation and when I tore up some carpet, I saw there was old lineolum/vinyl flooring original to when the house was built in 1954. Concerned it could contain asbestos, I did some research on local places that did testing and came across Syracuse Environmental & Construction Group. I called and within 3 days, Marc came out and did some testing. The results were back within a week and Marc called to verbally tell me the results as soon as they were in (I also received the paper work via email a week after the call). Marc was super knowledgeable and helped give me a peace of mind! He not only answered all my questions and concerns but also gave some very good tips and information for future! Highly recommend!!

Marc did a terrific job in terms of explaining carefully what the scope of work was, why it had to be done, and gave me options as to which level of work was needed. We discussed it and decided that containing the asbestos (it was wrapped around an old snowman boiler) was the best way to go. We scheduled it very quickly once the contract was signed. Marc did a great job in keeping in touch: when he said something was going to be done by such and such a time, it got done. Great experience overall with Marc and the crew.
